We accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order.

If you change your mind, you're welcome to return any unused, undamaged item in its original packaging, with all tags attached and proof of purchase included. For returns due to a change of mind, a $10 restocking fee will apply. Shipping fees, duties, and insurance costs are non-refundable, and we’re unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Please contact us at support@dotlinesurface.com before sending anything back, as we’re unable to accept unauthorized returns. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item, though your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Dotlinesurface reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not meet our return policy requirements.
