Return Policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return the undamaged, unused, item with tags back to us in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Simply contact us at support@dotlinesurface.com to receive a Return Authorization code before returning or exchanging items. We will not accept any items sent back to us without an accompanying code. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package.
All shipping, duty, and insurance costs are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Dotlinesurface reserve the right to reject any return or exchange requests that fail to meet our return policies.
