Shipping policy

US Orders

 

We offer free shipping on orders over $350 worldwide via USPS or UPS.

Orders are processed within 4 business days after your payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

We ship Monday through Friday only — no weekend or holiday shipments.

Please note: we’re unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Made to order products are delivered in 9–12 business days.

International Orders

 

We ship worldwide via USPS, UPS, or DHL.

Please note that customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply depending on your local regulations. Any additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer. This can range from 10%–40% of the order value.

All orders ship from the U.S. with an official invoice showing the exact merchandise value in USD.

If a package is unclaimed or returned to us for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Made to order products are delivered in 10–21 business days.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Damages and issues

 

While Dotlinesurface is not responsible for any products damaged during shipping, please inspect your order upon reception. Please contact us at support@dotlinesurface.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All orders will be shipped to the customer’s specified address. Dotlinesurface is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses and any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon shipping. If a shipment is returned to us for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost to re-ship.
